Chief Executive Officer
Luther Garcia has served as the President & CEO of ECS Global/Energy Conservation & Supply, Inc. (ECS) since he led its acquisition by Finnergy Global in the Summer of 2013. From 2010-2013 Mr. Garcia served as the CEO and co-founder of Finnergy USA. From 2005-2010 Mr. Garcia was a partner in Globant (GLOB:NYSE) where he helped deliver over $50 million in sales.
From 2003-2005 Mr. Garcia was the Global Head of Technical Architecture for Lastminute.com which delivered over $2 billion in annual sales of travel-related products in the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. From 1999-2003, Mr. Garcia was a founding partner of Sophos Partners.
From 1996-1998, Mr. Garcia was Vice President of Engineering & Co-Founder of Grey Peak Technologies (GPT) a network integration technology company which was sold to US Web for $100 million dollars in 1998. From 1993-1996, Mr. Garcia provided technical security and network consulting to AT&T, Sprint, and Credit Suisse First Boston.
From 1988-1993, Mr. Garcia was a Cryptologist/PALADIN for the Naval Security Group at the National Security Agency (NSA) where he participated in a number of combat missions during Operations Desert Shield & Desert Storm.
Chief Operating Officer
Anthony is an experienced professional with Blue Chip and start-up experience primarily in technology and Professional Services operating throughout Europe and the U.S. He has wide ranging experience setting up and managing teams, both business and technical. He is the Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of ECS Global. In 2009, he founded Finnergy UK, a Specialist LED lighting Solutions provider. Prior to this role, Anthony held the position of European Sales Director for Globant, a technology service provider, helping them grow to become one of the largest outsourcing providers in Latin America and the only IT services company from Argentina to list on the NYSE. Between 2003-2006, he held the position of Head of Technology for Lastminute.com/4business. Anthony’s early career started at Ernst and Young, followed by various Management Consulting roles at IBM. Anthony holds a degree from Edinburgh University in Chemistry and an MBA from Warwick business school.
Chief Technology Officer
Howard has over 20 years experience building sophisticated, ultra-high performance distributed systems, primarily in financial markets algorithmic trading and analytics. Howard obtained BSc with Honours in Mathematics at Imperial College in London, and has since enjoyed a successful career working on a wide-array of mission critical technology at some of the biggest companies in the world. In the early 2000s, he pioneered intelligent real-time analytics systems for JP Morgan Chase in NY that today still serves as integral component for their proprietary trading desk for intelligent auto-trading. From 2004-06, at lastminute.com in London, he invented website throttling technology to serve the demand of "feeding-frenzy" big event ticket sales, and through caching and re-architecture, helped the company scale to become the busiest commercial website in Europe. At Deutsche Bank in HK in 2007/8, he built market-making algorithms and infrastructure that beats competitors, and reduces trading costs by 80m EUR per year. More recently, Howard has worked in architecture and lead development manager roles at JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, Barclays, and for a numerous financial services companies including a startup FX broker exchange, and an AI hedge fund. At Barclays he led a team to rebuild a key order management system and exchange connectivity system, as part of a #100m+ major nationwide initiative, for the largest retail stockbroking website in the UK.
Chief Strategy Officer
Josh has over 15 years of experience within the IoT, Energy and Buildings space. While working for Fortune 500 companies such as, Schneider Electric, Siemens and Johnson Controls Josh has held a variety of roles spanning sales, strategy and operations. While at Siemens Josh was a systems engineer specializing in the design, inspection, installation, start up and servicing of various building systems including fire alarm and building automation. While at Johnson Controls Josh was responsible for project management of building automation and energy projects related to the data center, healthcare, and commercial real estate verticals. During Josh’s time at Schneider Electric Josh was successful at a local and national level overseeing large critical account projects in NYC for clients like Tishman Speyer, Con Edison, Facebook, and more. In these roles Josh also contributed to various successful programs that better enhanced operations and contributed to creating nationally utilized standards. Josh has also worked in a global strategy role for Schneider Electric focused on change management and digitization of products, services and organization globally through the Schneider Electric change management program Schneider Is On.
Greg Parker has over 20 years of technology experience, has founded 4 companies, has numerous first-to-market inventions, has filed 5 patents, and is holder of the patent for peer-to-peer networks. He has earned PhD degrees in Astrophysics, Computer Science, and Mathematics. Highlights include:

Ard Heynike has been an investor in, and advisor to ECS since 2013.
Ard has over 25 years of experience providing strategic decision support to senior executives and investors in small, medium, and large organizations globally.
Ard founded boutique strategy firms in South Africa and the UK but has also worked for Deutsche Bank CIB, Bain & Company, LEK Consulting, and the Mitchell Madison Group. Ard has a Masters in Management Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Fellow of the Wharton School of Business.
